The final of the first ever Lotto Basketball Cup will be quite a game. None other than the numbers 1 & 2 from Top Division Women will compete on Saturday, March 11 at Forest National. Kangoeroes Mechelen can succeed themselves on the list of honor.

In the semi-finals Kangoeroes Mechelen had relatively little trouble with brave rival Basket Willebroek from eerste landelijke. In the end it became 82-54. French international Lisa Berkani proved unstoppable with 27 points, but An-Katrien Nauwelaers also put up 24 points for Willebroek.

In the second semifinal, Castors Braine had a harder time with Basket Namur Capitale. In the end, Braine managed to draw the longest straw and won 72-62.
